Every sandbox is a microVM launched inside your own GCP, AWS or Azure account. The compute, storage and egress it uses show up on your existing cloud bill at your provider's published rates. Quome never resells or marks up cloud usage.
Committed-use discounts, savings plans, reserved capacity and negotiated enterprise rates all apply to sandbox compute, because it is running under your account, not ours.
Team is sized for workloads that stay around $500 per month in cloud spend. That is a guideline for right-sizing your plan, not a metered cap. If you are consistently running beyond it, Enterprise is the better fit.
Enterprise carries no cloud budget guideline. Run as many sandboxes, for as long, and on whatever instance sizes your account allows. Your provider bills you; Quome's flat fee does not change.

In your own cloud account. You bring your own service account (BYOSA) with a scoped role, and Quome launches each sandbox as a hardware-isolated microVM inside your GCP, AWS or Azure project. Agent code, data and network traffic never leave your account.
Anyone who can create or drive sandboxes, whether through the CLI, the API or the console. Service accounts that only run automated pipelines do not count against your seat limit. Team includes up to 10 members and Enterprise up to 25.
No. Both paid plans include unlimited sandboxes for one flat annual fee. The only usage-based cost is the compute your sandboxes consume, and that is billed by your cloud provider at its published rates with no Quome markup.
Yes. Trial converts to Team or Enterprise whenever you are ready, and Team can move up to Enterprise at any point in the year. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your term, and your sandboxes, policies and audit history carry over unchanged.
Yes, on Enterprise. We support annual invoicing, purchase orders and a negotiated MSA, along with a signed BAA for the services on our HIPAA Eligible Services page. Team is billed annually by card.
Your sandboxes and everything they produced stay in your account, because they were always there. You choose a plan to keep the control plane connected, or we tear down the control-plane connection and revoke the service account role. Nothing in your cloud is deleted by us.
